Abby - A stray slated for release

Abby was a friendly skinny stray kitty brought into the San Diego Humane Society by a Good Samaritan. They were surprised when she was told to pick her back up, that Abby had been spayed, and they were expected to release her back onto the street where she was found, as is the Humane Society’s policy. The Good Samaritan refused of course, and instead reached out to us to place her in a home. Abby had severe diarrhea, was underweight, and had eye infections, but it didn’t stop her from wanting love. After a few weeks of medical care she was adopted by an amazing couple, and has spent the last 2 years being a spoiled fat housecat.
