Contest Rules

US Only. Winners must pick up prize in San Diego County as many prizes are location specific. One submission per cat.

Choosing the Winner:

  1. Submissions will be accepted from October 1 - October 25.

  2. One submission per cat.

  3. The Halloween Costume Committee will choose the top 5 favorite submission as contest finalists.

  4. Public voting will take place on Smittens Instagram from October 28 - October 30.

  5. Winners announced on October 31.
